We've always had a soft spot for Southend, must be the arcade (easily pleased us). We're at Cliffs Pavillion tonight (which is actually built into the cliffs, no messing). Also, they filmed Oasis - 'Live by the sea' here, which is one of our favourite gigs ever recorded and a tour bus favourite. Another top show and another great audience. We'd love to sit here and tell you how something blew up or we got assaulted halfway through the set, but in all honesty things are going incredibly smooth. There's time though..
